Sigma Chi Alumni of the Theta
Iota Chapter formed Constantine Properties to secure
the future of the undergraduate chapter at Saint Louis
University. Since purchasing the property in 1993, the
SLU Sigs have held a strong leadership role in the Greek
World. With nationally recognized awards for community
service, academic excellence, and true brotherhood, the
Theta Iota chapter attributes a majority of their success
to the alumni support and involvement over the past 20
years. Now, they call upon us, the alumni, to keep this
vision of fraternity alive for many years to come.
As a non-profit
organization, Constantine Properties has been and will
continue to support the undergraduates in providing direction,
support and, most importantly, shelter. As many are aware,
the Sigma Chi Fraternity House at Theta Iota has housed
many over the years. Now it is time to take it to the
next level. Our alumni group is planning a massive renovation
to the house and need your help in securing the future
of your brotherhood.
