Theta Iota Pride: Let’s show off the pride that 20 years of Sigma Chi brings to Saint Louis University. The Twentieth Anniversary celebrations in 2004 are right around the corner, and we plan on turning that corner with The Theta Iota Project completed. We must finance $400,000 in total construction costs and investments
With fewer than 500 brothers from SLU since 1984, we need everyone to give generously. On average, that amounts to a $250 donation per Theta Iota brother Fundraise $100,000 from alumni support
Control a $300,000 loan through operations (rent collections)

Why Donate?
Loan approval and Headquarters' aid depend upon alumni support. Both the banks and Headquarters demand good faith on their investments, so we must therefore raise $100,000 or this project will fail. The failure of this project will result in foreclosure proceedings with the loss and/or sale of the ONLY remaining fraternity house at SLU. 100% of donations will be responsibly managed and allocated by alumni Board Members of the SLU Sigma Chi House Corporation to complete The Theta Iota Project in full!!!
